Not stuttering when I speak to myself

Not stuttering when I speak to myself Does anyone else have this issue where they can completely yap/talk so much to themselves like even really fast in my case, but as soon as I get into a conversation with somebody, my speech blocks happen so frequently and the anxiety spikes. Seriously asking, is there an actual way to translate the same energy I have for myself and apply it to my daily conversations? Even when I try hard to not be anxious and calm down, it just doesn’t go away and my mind ends up in fight or flight mode.
