Hi friend I’m 36 and I stutter and I think my life is pretty great. I recently graduated from law school, hopefully by this summer I’ll be a full licensed attorney. I have friends. I date. And I stutter with just about every sentence I speak. I’m even trying to be a litigator, a professional talker essentially. And I got here by being brave in my 20s and just living life and saying, who cares if I stutter. And yes people have been MEAN. But the majority of people are not, truly. And you can’t give people a chance to know you if you won’t talk to them. Openly stuttering is freedom in my opinion.
