Great post. I think each stutterer needs to find their own way out at the end of the day. Lately, i've just been observing all my abnormal behaviour and asking myself "what would a person without a stutter do?" And I do that. When I feel anxiety I practice mindfulness. It's been helpful. It's a start for me. Good luck as well! Thank you for sharing.
