as you get older you realize so many people are immature, childish, don’t respect others, an so much more wrong with them. and sometimes you just have to be blunt and straightforward because it’s what they need to hear and what you want them to hear. it may come off rude but if it will result in your happiness then who fucking cares, you come first always. regardless of what happens to everyone else. especially as people like us who stutter we have to demand it and tell people what we want. and trust no manager or business wants to be hit with a lawsuit so they will stop anc if they don’t you better get HR number ready
