Same that's why when I feel like my stutter is a little worse then usual or us bothering me. I just take ten minutes a day to sit somewhere quiet and sort of meditate to relax. It really helps reduce my anxiety and tension over a few days and my stutter decreases. It's just part of personal maintenance every now and then now
