As a stutter this really doesn't sound like stuttering. Stuttering is more an issue of blocks where you cannot say a certain vowel sound or word. But for me I always know exactly what i want to say but my muscles constrict when i try to say a word like my name for example. I have no idea what your condition is I would suggest talking to a speech therapist or a doctor.
