I think the SLP is being a bit of a troll. Hopefully they’re nicer to their own clients. You gave plenty of disclaimers in your opening. I’m glad this works for you. Self confidence, for me, was everything in my path toward higher levels of fluency. If these tricks work to help smooth and boost self confidence, that’s great, and maybe it will be exactly what someone else needs to read.
