Your problem isn't your stutter, your problem is your attitude. 'Picking up girls' never works. It sounds like you're going shopping. To meet women, you simply need to become more social. Do social things, meet new people and experience life. Do not go out specifically looking for women. Instead, look for social connections with different people in activities you enjoy doing no matter whom it's with. And, if you happen to meet someone interesting while engaged in that activity, you can perhaps see about making a romantic connection. This has nothing to do with your stutter. In long term social situations, people will get to know you as the person you are. It doesn't matter how you speak or look, it's your personality that will be attractive (or not) to women. Hint: The 'picking up girls' personality is not attractive.
