What word you say most which help you in speaking

What word you say most which help you in speaking i heard that ice cube when says f word a lot , it helps him to reduce stutters , from that i tried to used similar way for my Algerian dialect , " ki cghol " which mean " like " in english , so in english ill be like im gona like u feel me like so like .... I have been using it for longtime but now it's getting annoying cause i seem struggling to say or explain what i want
