Fucking phone prompts! I really hate the automated phone prompts that ask you to say something instead of pressing a number. "IF YOU HAVE A GENERAL INQUIRY, PLEASE SAY 'GENERAL INQUIRY'". Ugh. Even if I don't stutter, it doesn't understand me half the time.
