there's indeed often a connection between stutter and movement. yours seem to be a habit so ingrained that you can't control it anymore. i'm not sure, but i think speech therapists would be able to help you with that. you basically have to dehabitualize that thing. it's common enough for habits (or tricks) to become part of the stuttering they surround, but in your case, it seems downright overpowering, so i hope you can do something about it! **EDIT:** i see a downvote on me?... please elaborate instead, drive-by clicking tells us nothing.
