I'm in the middle of reading the book "How we decide"and i've come across something interesting. People perform much worse when they overthinking at something they do naturally .In the book were give examples of people under stress(opera singer ,athletes) and this relates very well to stuttering. We want so badly to not stutter and usually the opposite occurs .But how to not think about it when we speak ?
