anyone have experience using Sprint IP Relay?

anyone have experience using Sprint IP Relay? I signed up for this the other day, and am waiting to get verified. The last one I used just ended up with the operator just getting hung up on over and over, and people on the other end trying to end the conversations as fast as possible. I cannot remember what the last one was called(purple something?), but it got shut down. Is this one somehow better?
