Any way to get over blocks of silence?

Any way to get over blocks of silence? For real though, any ideas? Sometimes I'm cruising through my words, almost feeling fluent. Then, I just stop and no matter what, I just cannot get a word out. And I definitely try, even have words hot and ready to say. But, nothing. Zero. Zilch. Complete silence and weird stares until I can continue again
