I’ve had it all my life and was born with it. Speech therapy helps as well as tapping her fingers to pronúnciate her words out. LET HER SPEAK AS SLOWLY AS SHE WANTS TOO. Get her into therapy soon with her school they’ll work about 2 hours a day in school and about an 1 outside of school. I have students who have speech issues also and have tools I can make an Amazon list for most of them
