I've been experiencing recently and it came from my best friend...they said that to some people my stuttering is 'repelling' and that it requires a certain level of maturity to deal with me and ever since them I've just avoided talking to them because of how they want me to 'fix' my stuttering and that what they said wasn't wrong at all, my own mother told me that hearing me speak is annoying to her and I basically don't have a safe space with anyone... uni is already doing me dirty and things aren't looking so good.
