yes! you have to try your best to build the idea in your head that you *want* stutter. most of us stutter simply because we don't want to. If you can go out of your way to speak as much as you can, and when you speak, convince your brain that you hope you get caught up on your next word, then gradually it will grow better. For me this counterintuitive thinking has brought tremendous improvement
