Stuttertip: Take a very small pause (0.5-1sec) between each syllable and touch your thumb with your index finger when you pronounce the syllable. This helps creating rhythm and to slow you down. When I talk like that for 2-3 minutes I immediately experience an increase in fluency. However, I understand talking like that is a bit awkward so try to start with it at home only.
