one piece of advice i would give is to wear headphones with a metronome playing!!! find a speed that you can work with that feels natural. it will really help regulate your breathing, pace, and intonation. i have had a stutter since i was 6 years old (im 21 now!) and i have always struggled with 'rehearsed' words, so to speak. i do not like reading from text and much prefer using my own words. that being said, i think this is the case for lots of people with stutters, so it may be beneficial to not have a script in mind when going about presentations. good luck and you've got this!!!
