Two real things you can buy that helped me significantly. 1. Espresso coffee "President" (ground or beans). Try buying "espresso" coffee beans or grounded coffee of other brands. Important note: various brands have different effect on me. You gotta go through a little trial and error with this and choose the one that helps best. And remember, no instant coffee! And don't drink that nespresso bullshit. Choose arabica or a blend with mostly arabica and a little robusta. Also, compare coffee that went through a metal mesh filter (e.g., Osaka cone filter) vs french press vs paper filter. Note how each variation affects you. Unfiltered coffee helps me better. It's not a cure, but a signifcant help. Sometimes I can't let the words out. On those occasions, it helps significantly. 2. Phenylpiracetam. 100 mg of this nootropic and it smoothes my speech significantly. 200 mg might work better for some people. I use this mostly on certain occasions. Not regularly. EDIT: If these two tips help you, you can buy me a beer :). This post was brought to you by late-evening coffee (cause I got work to do). Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
