Moving to a different place isn't just going to magically change you. If you want a better life, do it where you're at now. Practice getting out of your comfort zone. Put yourself in situations you don't like. It will be hard and discouraging at first, but that's the only way to make those situations easier to deal with. Making life better takes hard work. Good things don't come easy. Also, if you are surrounded by people who are assholes to you, it might be time to rethink who you hang around. No matter where you go, there are going to be people who don't know how to respectfully respond to a person who has a stutter. People get nervous when first encountering a person who stutters, so their first reaction is a nervous smile or laugh. I used to get mad when people did that until I realized that it's just them not knowing what to do. It's the people who learn you stutter and then decide to give you hell for it. Those are the ones you should choose to cut from your life. I figure out who those people are, and I avoid them, even if it makes me seem like an asshole. Good luck.
