I think calling them out and using guilt is a good idea. Yours is bound to make them uncomfortable! Here are a few more ideas: "Well, that's an ableist thing to say." "Are you saying a disabled person isn't worthy of being listened to?" "I didn't know you saw disability like that." "That phrase is very hurtful to the stuttering community."
