Is this what it’s like to have a speech therapist?

Is this what it’s like to have a speech therapist? I’ve been meeting him since fall. At the start I learned a lot about stuttering and I got to vent. But now I only vent. Cause he never has anything planned. It’s kinda frustrating and I’m definitely quitting lol. Lmk if you share a similar experience.
