The reason I have been quiet about speech therapy is because I spent so much money on that bullshit and it didn't work. I went to it for more than a year. I practiced every day. It doesn't work for actual severe stutter. Its a waste of time and money. The little tricks they teach me worked for maybe a week but then my brain figured it out and it stopped working. The only stupid trick that worked is during the block ,the one when u prolong the start of the word. But the more you do that the longer you have to do it and it sounds even more retarded than a stutter so its basically the same thing. And no adult ever cured their stutter. They just found fixes around it. Its like my bike with damaged gears. If I want to go 1 gear up I have to change 3 gears up fast then 2 down just to change 1. Yea it still works like that but the bike is still broken like our brain. Same with a stutter. The wiring is bad in our brain.
