Speech therapy might help, but it can be expensive. Whether or not you should is a question only you can answer. I have gone to a group in the past and I recommend it highly. As a much lower cost option, there are stuttering support groups scattered around most places. I'm sure the NSA website would help you find a chapter close to you. (No, Mr. Spy, not that NSA. Move along.) They may be a good fit. I've had both good and bad experiences with them, depending on the group, so a bit of buyer beware is warranted. If you are concerned about anxiety, mindfulness is an option. There is even a book about stuttering and mindfulness. YMMV, of course. I am somewhat, um, concerned that you are looking for podcasts that you can watch. I'm, ah, not sure you have grasped the fundamental concept there. But, if you want to listen to a podcast, stuttertalk is a popular one. I'm sure there are others out there. Good luck.
