Not only anxiety but whenever I get emotional: anger, excitement, fear... I think I should invest more time and effort in mindfulness. Recently I started meditation and journaling, I also would like to add exercise, with the aim to control emotions and be more calm, so that at least I get rid of the psychological part of stutter/stammering.
