Hey mate, not sure what sort of roles you're going for but you can mention in your cover letter and/or interview that you have a stutter but it doesn't affect your work. Every single job interview where I have said this, from casual jobs when I was younger (retail) to corporate jobs, I have gotten the job, or at least gone to the next stage. It's usually the interviews where I don't mention it, I come across as nervous or not prepared, believe me, I HATE mentioning I have a stutter but when I can pluck the courage of telling them, it helps a lot. This, I would hope, should not lead to being let go for your stutter, especially since you told them in the interview, and not only that, I'm pretty sure is discrimination.
