What kind of therapy have you tried, and for how long? It took me about 2 years of weekly therapy to become fluent. I still have blocks, but it has changed from excessively long blocks on m's and r's to mostly quick stammers and repeats. I still have some horribly blocking when speaking foreign languages when overly stressed, but it is more the exception than the rule. The stutter or stammer shouldn't influence your choices now. It sounds like you are still in high school, and I don't want to sound patronizing, but your stutter is probably not something that will remain unchanged as you get older. I didn't really feel confident with my public speaking until I just forced myself to speak publicly. My advice if you are still in HS is to get more therapy, and find situations that force you to speak publicly about things you care about. I was the docent at a small observatory and ran an open house to the public and talked about what we were observing and background information about the objects. Find something that you are passionate about that makes you interact with larger groups of others.
