You’re absolutely correct benzos and any other mood altering/enhancing medication should not be taken on and off the sudden withdraw can make you dangerously sick and or cause death. Anyone taking a drug research before use! Just because it may be labeled as a “Sleep Aid” or “Anxiety Relief” etc. do not forget these pharmaceuticals come with a long list side effects that need to be looked over before consumption.
