Has anyone tried Neuropatterning for stuttering?

Has anyone tried Neuropatterning for stuttering? Has anyone tried Richard Harkness's [Neuropatterning course](http://neuropatterningforstutterers.com/)? He claims, for a price, to be able to re-teach a stutterer's brain how to speak. It seems detailed too: the actual contents of the course are listed [here](http://neuropatterningforstutterers.com/?page_id=642). If not, then does the course at least seem worth it?
