I'm currently in Army Cyber School (17C - Cyber Operations Specialist), and I have a stutter. Although I don't speak into radios, I do have to talk in a group setting and give presentations to higher-ups. My advice is to be upfront and honest with your superiors. Let them know your struggles. More often than not, if you show value in other areas, you will be accommodated.
