i’ve found that singing has helped me a lot with figuring out breath control and how to let the words come out easier. in the car, in the shower, etc. i like to focus on the vibration in my chest and how i’m moving my mouth with words and trying to recreate that when im talking. i still get anxious and stutter in front of people but i think it’s really helpful. when im talking i also like to imagine my breath as a wave, and the words are little surfers riding on it. nice big inhale, slow and controlled exhale, and let the words just fall out.
