stutter getting worse just last week, i was actually hopeful about my stutter as i was getting more and more fluent. i work in fnb and going out of my comfort zone has helped me a lot with my stutter. however, just a few days ago, my stutter deteriorated A LOT. i couldnt even say two syllabus without getting blocked and breathless. school is starting next week and im nervous as fuck and my stutter isn't helping. im really terrified now, how am i supposed to make new friends (let alone playing those stupid icebreaker games) if i cant get past two fucking syllabus..??? i tried having a regular conversation with my mom just now (i realised i stutter less when im with my parents) and i had to pause every few words just to breathe. im at a loss rn i hate it here
