You can do what you want, mate. You can live the rest of your life being self-pitying or you can choose to have a better outlook. Up to you. > I don’t see what reason there is to wear pride with it though What else are you going to do? You're stuck with it, may as well make your life easier. > I’ve rejected probably 10+ women because they’ve called it cute That's 10+ people you've passed up on who could have been amazing. You're breaking your nose to spite your face. I'm not saying you have to enjoy being called cute, but it _is_ a compliment whether you like it or not. It's not their fault that they don't understand how hard it is for you.  Stammering is not like cancer: it's not life-threatening, and most people underappreciate how difficult it is to live with a stutter. So, it's unfair to expect others to understand. Instead of outright rejecting them, how about, after they call your stutter cute, you explain to them that you don't like it and explain how it's been very hard for you (try not to be too negative, keep it light).
