I do my best, I guide her through (I stutter and had years and years of speech therapy) and I'll always ask "do you want to read?" and she says yes. Her friends are supportive and they all laugh together (I hope) but it's clear no one realizes this is a diagnosable thing and she should be in therapy for it.
