Where are you from? if in America, I really recommend going to westutter.com and seeing if there's a local chapter near you. I know a lot of people who are covert and it just wears them down and they cant take it anymore. If you don't want to live in hiding and panic anymore, you're going to have to start the journey to accepting that you stutter and being open about it.
