Yes I am feeling like suffocating while talking these days like every block its a complete blocking of air too idk why. And I used to be afraid of hiding my stutter before. Now from quite a while I stopped caring because ofcourse its not my fault and yes it used to be better at home with family then others . But recently as I m getting extreme blocks on every word I am trying to talk more and getting it even while talking to my family . I am guessing maybe the alp slows down breathing it could be the reason?
