At school and college I have always managed to escape from presentations . But at work I had to give presentations almost other week to a group of 5 to 20 people . One thing that worked for me is 1. Learn throughly on the topic you are about to talk about . 2. Just make bullet points on a piece of paper you should be covering in presentation 3. Don’t wok too hard on the presentation skill before the event , it will make things worse . 4. I had a buddy who would chime in when I get stuck .
