1) The first interview, couldn't get a peep out. Only thing I could say was "yes". In stressful situations I go into such a fight and flight situation that is impossible to get out of until the situation is over. 2) All the time. Even when we're not speaking. Just general breathing we do throughout a daily basis we use it. And eventually, supposedly, it becomes a habit and there's no thinking even involved, it will all come naturally. And once you come to that stage, speaking wont need to be so mechanical. That's another thing, it's recommended for the first few months to use mechanical speech all the time and let it almost come natural, with the breathing. Mechanical speech meaning always using the 'weapons' (techniques) inside your comfort zone, so as I said they'll come automatically when you're in an uncomfortable situation. If you still feel unsure, I recommend buying the book that is provided in the McGuire course and reading over it a bit. Or even going to a course straight off, because you have the option of leaving before you have to pay, that's after one full day of the course, basically after you learn the techniques (a life changing day). Hope this helps. :)
