I hate saying my name now !

I hate saying my name now ! Some times sutter and some times I don't. It's strange. Whenever I have to tell someone my name, I freeze. I suddenly lock up, I know my name, but it just doesn't want to come out of my mouth. Then suddenly I'm thinking the person is thinking I'm dumb or special, even though we just had a full coversation without me suttering. OMG, does this happen to anyone else ? After taking forever to say my name, that's when I start to sutter all over the place. It's soon annoying and frustrating.
