I've learned a lot about stuttering and how to handle it with kids. I feel well equipped to give them every opportunity and all the support they need if they end up developing stutterers. I won't put pressure on myself to be some kind of stuttering role model for them, but I will make more informed child raising decisions than my parents because I do know so much more.
