My 11 year old brothers speech is turning very bad - and for him seeing his twin sister speaking fluently is ruining his ego I don't know how to help my little brother he's a good kid who likes to help everyone, but over the past couple of months his stutter is getting worse and worse. He likes to tell stories but can't go through a sentence without stopping, stammering or doing a word change. I listen to him and don't interrupt. But his twin sister who speaks fluently tells stories more often now and i can tell he feels like he doesn't have a voice anymore. She also interrupts him and I can tell its killing him inside. My mother doesn't care, which I hate. I know the stuff he's doing to hide his stutter cos I stutter too and tried all the same techniques too.
