Haha yes, i can suddenly realise my foot has fallen asleep or my back is killing me. I'm usually to stressed to notice. Panick is the right word I guess:) I've tried multiple meditation apps and read a few books. It really makes a difference for me. After trying a few apps that's too much "new age" and to little science i appreciated the "waking up" app the most. It might be heavy for beginners, but it cuts through the crap that usually comes with meditation apps.
