This is where I went: http://www.myofunctional.com. The therapist is also an SLP, so sessions were covered by insurance. The exercises helped kick off something in my body in which it wanted to repair itself, but I can't stress enough that the key to 100% recovery for me was awareness and working with the muscles instead of against them. She observed me doing exercises and commented on what she saw was dysfunctional and asked me to freeze posture during exercises and describe back to her what I was feeling in different muscles. Myofunctional therapy is a growing field with dentists, dental assistants, and SLP's, but I only recommend seeing one that is also an SLP for many reasons.
