Can a Coverdell ESA be used for speech therapy

Can a Coverdell ESA be used for speech therapy My 9 year old daughter stutters and hasn't don't well with school assigned speech therapists. I just noticed we have a lot of money in a coverdell ESA in her name that can be used for education expenses including tutoring, but am curious as to whether or not it can be used for speech therapy. Any help is appreciated.
