Help with stuttering

Help with stuttering I'm in high school and whenever the teacher calls role I stutter. I struggle to get the "here" out and I end up going "h-h-h-here". It's gotten to the point where I just get scared of going to class when I know it's going to happen. I hate that. How can I fix that? It's really the only time it happens.
