Setbacks are hard. Especially since we develop negative thought patterns towards stuttering in our childhood, and it's a big task to reverse that thinking. I try to reflect on how far I have come in my speech journey, in the past 1, 2, 3 years. Sometimes, you have to zoom out to appreciate all of your progress. Do something for yourself. Try to relax. Maybe a massage, some painting, a day trip or overnighter somewhere. You have been changing that negative mindset, maybe a little reset will help get back on track.
