If you can, do something that helps you blow off steam or deeply relax beforehand. A bit of exercise, for example, or a creative activity, whatever works best for you (for me, it's these two, these days it's swimming which makes me feel on cloud nine when I'm done). And remember, it's only 20 minutes and then it's over :)
