You have a great comeback when this shit happens: "You've never met someone with a stutter have you?" It teaches them AND makes them feel small and ignorant. I wish I had video of a few people's faces over the years as they realize they just made fun of someone with a disability. It's not always worth it, of course, but for those people that can't let it go and make their little jokes, it's perfect.
