those are some good paragraphs; i can relate. Well hopefully you can get yourself to take a decision before having to reach a breaking point. Finding a good therapist might be the toughest part. But yeah, you basically have it. You've got to stand up to your fears and learn they're not as bad as you're unconsciously feeling they are. How best to go about this is where i think a good SLP can really help.
